Fancy a day out at the distillery? Join us every Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM for a guided tour and tasting experience. For just £22 per person, you’ll get an inside look at our distillery, meet our copper stills, and learn the secrets behind our gin and rum production. After the tour, enjoy a tasting of five of our spirits, perfectly paired with mixers in our cosy tasting room.
The Rum Academy – Unleash Your Inner Master Blender
Take your love of rum to the next level with The Rum Academy, our exclusive Saturday evening experience. Step into the role of Master Blender as you craft your very own bottle of rum from our cask inventory. You’ll also enjoy a guided distillery tour, learn about rum's fascinating history, and sample a variety of rum cocktails. It’s a fun, hands-on experience perfect for enthusiasts and beginners alike!
Distillery Bottle Shop & Bar
Our distillery bottle shop is open Thursday to Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM, offering the full range of our spirits and limited-edition releases. Need a place for your next event? Our distillery bar is available for private tastings or events any day of the week—ideal for group gatherings, corporate events, or special occasions.

Exciting things are coming! We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming release of our single malt English whisky, slated for late summer 2026.
