A session begins by being greeted at the gate by a member of management and key worker (or buddy). The children are then brought inside to wash their hands and self register by adding their name plate to our tree. The children have free access to the indoor and outdoor environment for the whole session. The setting is designed so that the children have free access to all resources to enable them to lead their own play. The staff support children in their learning by role modelling, offering cues to extend their learning and encourage children to take risks, be curious and have a go.
