World-class opera in the Cotswolds, at Longborough Festival Opera
27 May – 2 August 2025
Longborough Festival Opera is an ambitious summer festival, taking place in a 500-seat home-grown theatre overlooking stunning views of the Evenlode valley in the Cotswolds.
The 2025 festival runs from 27 May to 2 August and includes Rossini’s beloved comic opera Il barbiere di Siviglia, Debussy’s beautiful Pelléas et Mélisande, Purcell’s groundbreaking Dido and Aeneas, and the UK premiere of Avner Dorman’s powerful Wahnfried.
Each performance features a 90-minute dining interval: bring a picnic and find a spot in the grounds, or book into the on-site restaurant.
Public booking opens on 10th March.
