We grow, harvest, and mill the finest wheat, barley & oil seed on our farm in Wiltshire to turn into award winning ale, lager, rapeseed oil, and spirits from field to bottle and have a selection of bottled & cask ale.
Our spirits include multi award winning gin & vodka in addition to our limited editions, wild cherry & apple vodka, and sloe gin. All include handpicked fresh fruit from the farm.
Wood from our woodland is used to heat our biomass boiler and water from our own source. Any wastewater is filtered through reed beds to our lake that supports fowl and wildlife alike. Spent grain supplements the diet of our cattle and we have solar panels to produce our own electricity.
