Abingdon Distillery has just launched their new Pure White Rum to join their growing range of Wild Oxen rums that are fermented & distilled in Oxfordshire from scratch.
The white rum isn’t your standard neutral blanco style, with lots of flavour & depth to the spirit which is created from their long fermentation times. Notes of white chocolate, burnt sugar, vanilla, coconut husks. The rum is unfiltered, unsweetened & bottled at 41.5% abv which really showcases their style of rum in its unadulterated form.
The white rum, which joins the chocolate & spiced versions that were released last year, is perfect for reinventing your mojitos, daiquiris & Cuba Libres. Its also delicious with pineapple juice.
