Now that government guidance allows exercise and 1 to 1 activities in public spaces with social distancing, a dedicated small sports coaching business have developed a safe outdoor 1 to 1 fitness coaching offer for young people and adults in Swindon and south of England.

Director of Allstarz Sports Coaching Tom Swindall says:

“Like so many people we were devastated when we had to stop working with children and adults through our sports programmes because it’s not just our physical fitness that improves with exercise but our mental health and wellbeing too.

We’ve been keeping in touch with our families and teams by setting challenges online, and this has been really successful, but it’s great that we can now offer one to one coaching in public outdoor spaces where there is plenty of room to maintain 2 metres distance”

Tom is keen to hear from people who would like to find out how this type of coaching can give them an enjoyable fitness boost – from beginners who need to get moving a bit more to more experienced sports people getting back on the road to peak fitness, and is offering affordable taster sessions and programmes for families who need it as well as professional sessions.

Anyone interested can find out more on the Allstarz website www.allstarzcoaching.com or by calling Tom on 07860875102.
