“The Promise of a Luxurious Affair” at Euridge Manor

divider

Getting married during the winter season brings all the promise of a luxurious affair; rich colour palettes, twinkling candlelight and opulent dining can create a feel of warmth and cosy intimacy to rival any summer wedding. This beautifully elegant, styled shoot delivers just that.

Located at the magical Euridge Manor, where the feel of an Italian villa meets the rolling beauty of The Cotswolds hills. It’s the most scenic setting for a spectacular winter wedding. From the warm terracotta walls and palms of The Lost Orangery overlooking beautifully manicured private gardens and the aged castle ruins, where a sparkling crystal chandelier unexpectedly hangs from the castle arch, to the iconic thatched Boathouse with its inky turquoise blue pool; there’s a surprise around every corner.

Simple elegance is at the heart, showcased here with a good dose of drama. A rich colour palette of burgundy, plum, deep red and gold with pops of blush is woven through every detail starting with the lush florals where it is embedded with giant burgundy hydrangeas, jewel-coloured seasonal berries and dried foliage and grasses; all culminating with a statement flower installation that decorates the boathouse.

Classic stationery in black and gold with handwritten calligraphy sets the tone of timeless sophistication alongside an opulent gold dining suite, with gold rimmed glasses reflecting the flickering candlelight. The statement modern wedding cake completes the look. It’s a work of edible art that dares to be different; full of texture, a floating tier and an abundance of blush pink ruffles which combine softness with drama.

Our bride embodies sleek elegance in exquisite bridal gowns from Ellie Sanderson and Eva Lendal. The satin off-the-shoulder dress exudes glamour and is shown here alongside a floaty ethereal gown embellished with lace and a matching cape veil. The groom complements this luxury style in classic black tie. They are a couple completely befitting of their breath-taking surroundings beneath dramatic winter skies.
