New Year New Home 18.01

Graven Hill, the UK’s largest self and custom build development in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is inviting prospective homeowners to a ‘New Year, New Home’ event on Saturday 18 January. Those looking for their dream property at Graven Hill will be able to register their interest in the latest four and five-bed custom build new homes, which will land on the site later this year.

These new properties are set to be the first five-bed custom build new homes on the site and will provide prospective buyers with the opportunity to design their dream home, perfectly suited to their needs and lifestyle. The new homes offer completely bespoke layout and finish options and will be ready to move into for autumn/winter 2020.

Not only will the event offer visitors an insight into what life is like at Graven Hill, independent experts will be also be on hand to offer advice on everything from Help to Buy and mortgages, to legal considerations.

For buyers who can’t wait to move in, Graven Hill also has a small number of new build properties which are now available for immediate purchase. These two and three-bedroom homes have been built to the same high standard as the site’s custom build homes and are perfect for those looking for a modern, stylish and low maintenance property in a truly unique development.

Custom build and new homes at Graven Hill are priced to suit a range of budgets and all are available to purchase with Help to Buy.

Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said: “Our first event of the year provides us with a brilliant opportunity to give a first look at the exciting new homes coming to the site this year. Custom build new homes offer a happy medium between new and self-build homes, with the benefits of high-quality living space, tailored to suit individual needs.

“For many people, the standard new build property just isn’t enough anymore. Our aim is to remove the need for compromise - ensuring buyers can own the house of their dreams in the perfect location. It’s time to take a new approach to the house buying process and put the power back into the hands of the purchaser.”

The event will be held from 10.00am – 4.00pm on Saturday 18 January. For more information and to register, visit this link or stop by the Graven Hill Marketing Suite, 11 Foundation Square, Bicester, OX25 2AQ.
