At Creation Theatre

Beauty and the beast

“Tales of wonders, fairies and blunders, tales of flowers, castles and towers, tales of the beauty and the beast.”

Oxford Theatre Company Creation, are back for 2022 with their 10th show at The North Wall Arts Centre. Expect Creation’s signature eccentricity, catchy songs, inventive costumes and an ample dose of festive silliness.

Monsieur Affable’s Performing Players present the original french fairytale of Beauty and the Beast, except one of the players has gone missing, another has delusions of grandeur, and all are reading from a script that is in entirely the wrong order.

"Recommended for children aged 5+. Younger children may well enjoy the spectacle and will certainly love the songs and dancing, but the running time is around two hours including the interval. Of course we’ll welcome younger children as part of a family trip, but the show has not been designed with pre-school children in mind."

A range of performances at 10am, 2pm, 6pm and 7:30pm
Tickets £13.50-£32, standard tickets £25-£27
