The Thame Country Fair returns this Easter, it’s an action-packed event full of Country sports & pursuits, dynamic arena entertainment, lots of Have-a-Go opportunities, Food show, Craft village and general family entertainment.

Jousting returns to the main arena this year with the Heritage Jousters, a full-on Jousting display with the evil, devious and scheming Black Knight.

Other new faces in the arenas are Chris Green the Cornish Countryman and Comby sheepdogs.

Around the show there are a number of demonstrations and Have-a-Go events including Fishing, Airguns and Archery to name a few.

A few more are included in our World of Dogs which is a must for dog lovers, with a chance for your pet to participate with Lurcher Racing, Gun Dog Multi-scurry and the Fun Dog Show.

Relax and enjoy the atmosphere of our Food Glorious Food section with a variety of street foods and drink vendors, chef demonstrations and music marquee. Here you will find an array of fine foods, wines and spirits from local and national producers and retailers in the fine food halls.

Visit the Craft Village when looking for that special and unique gift and watch traditional craft demonstrations in action. This is accompanied by a chainsaw carving area with a dedicated speed carving arena where carvings are auctioned at the end of each event.

Childrens entertainment and amusements make it a great family day out.
