Moreton Show is one of the biggest one-day agricultural shows in the UK. The 165 acre site in the beautiful North Cotswolds is packed with things to see and do – and buy. Traditional and always changing – that’s what they say about Moreton Show. Come for the day and prepare to be surprised at how much there is to see.
There is an outstanding Grand Arena timetable planned, including Squibb Freestyle Stunt Bikes, the Shetland Pony Grand National, a parade of the Hounds, as well as some top Show Jumping and the climax of the line-up – the Livestock Grand Parade. There will also be plenty going on in the Rural Attractions Ring with the Vintage Tractor Parade, Terrier Racing, and the Welsh Axemen.
You can always be sure of seeing the best in Livestock, with stockmen and women travelling from all over the UK to exhibit at Moreton Show. The Society prides itself on showcasing the best in British agriculture and are pleased to be hosting the National Poll Hereford Cattle Show again this year. To add to the experience, Moreton Show always aims to entertain and educate - even the most experienced of farmers - with expert commentary throughout the day.
The action-packed Horse Section has a plethora of Showing and Show Jumping classes. Many of the Showing classes are Horse of the Year Show qualifiers, and you will not want to miss the Six Bar Show Jumping Challenge in the Grand Arena.
The Moreton Morrell and Pershore Colleges 'Farmtastic' area is a celebration of farming and rural life, and a great place for children to meet some farm animals, learn about how cows used to be milked back in the day, and look around the Vintage Tractors.
There's Family Fun across the showground and the Home and Garden Marquee is always a major attraction with the best in flowers, vegetables, handicrafts, wines and homebaking. Shop until you drop with our trade stands, selling everything from Wellington Boots to Combine Harvesters.
